Roswell Friend

Recent Temple University graduate, a broadcast and media major,

vanished after being seen on an exercise run August 18, 2011.

He was a competitor for the Temple Track and Field Team.

Interviews for a job with Comcast had begun and he had a third interview scheduled.

 "Sorry Guys" was written on a white board in his house, shared with 5 roommates, and

"I'm Sorry Everyone" had been posted on his Facebook page before he started the run.

Police found his body in the Delaware River August 22,

near Bank Avenue, Riverton Township, New Jersey.

Security cameras at Temple University and businesses recorded him early in his run.

He had been alone.

His wallet, car keys and cell were left behind.

Early stories, most no longer available on-line, said he had been upset by late rent payments.

His story became a national issue when the IRS billed his mother $14,000

for loans that were forgiven after her son’s death.

Discovered in business offices where it caused panicked episodes of confusion for knowledge workers,

when a student creates the design mistake that causes it,

they can have a severe episode.

makes this suspect as a visual subliminal distraction death.

Police essentially ruled out foul play.

The messages left before the run suggest a suicide.

But without information that he created

the "special circumstances" for visual subliminal distraction.

Living in a house with 5 roommates suggests that would have been possible.
